Competitions, including services and/or products provided by Golf Properties (Golf Properties’ delivery terms of use are available from the relevant Golf Properties). The general cancellation and no-show policy for each golf product is provided on the product information page of our website, during the booking process and in the confirmation email. Certain product rates or special offers cannot be canceled or changed; please check the product rate details thoroughly before booking to understand any such conditions.
3. Any cancellation request made after the cancellation time specified in the booking confirmation email must be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy in the booking confirmation email.
4. Players who fail to arrive at the golf course before the ordered tee time will be treated as an automatic absence policy and will be responsible for the consequences.
5. If you need to make any changes to your order, you must notify us directly by email instead of contacting the stadium directly.
